Mantel of Giving

Each year we partner with a school in downtown Newark to bring some holiday cheer. This year we’re again working with the Dr. William H. Horton School, which serves 700 kids. Of those 700 we’re hoping to sponsor 200. Last year we donated virtually; this year we’re asking you to do the same.

We’ve created a general wish list that includes both gifts and books (https://tinyurl.com/UUCMMOGWL). We ask that you be as generous as you feel able by sending at least one gift and one book.

There are some kids in this group who will not have a Christmas or a holiday at all, except for the one we give them. Gifts can be sent throughout the entire month of December 2022.
