“What to Banish, What to Hide”— led by the Rev. Anya Sammler-Michael, senior co-minister. On the Monday after this Sunday we will recognize twelve years since George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin. Our nation and our institutions vacillate between telling the truth and revising our history. Contemporary approaches would banish certain kinds of study and restrict certain kinds of truth. We find an honest path through difficult history.
