We, the members of the Music Committee, support and create a spiritual space utilizing the healing, uplifting, joyful and transcendent power of music to unify and inspire all members of our community.
Mission Statement
The Music Committee’s mission is to support and nurture a dynamic and transformative music ministry for the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, by:
- promoting the importance of music within our Congregation,
- coordinating with and supporting our Music Director,
- enhancing communications regarding music with our Congregation,
- connecting music with our religious services and our spiritual lives, and
- providing opportunities for musical growth and participation at all levels.
