Come join our annual Fundraiser celebration on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 6pm for a frightfully fun HalloUUeen evening of giving thanks!
The party includes live music, costume parades and prizes, raffles, silent, live and hybrid auctions. What’s a “hybrid auction”? That’s when a popular event has half the seats offered via Raffle and the other half via Live or Silent Auction. Everyone can win!
Free for all to enter – But be ready to spend! UUCM members, and their guests and friends are welcome to UUCM’s major Fall FUUndraiser.
But wait! You don’t have a lot of green in your wallet these days? No worries! Our community believes that We’re In This Together (“WITT”). We want everyone to participate and join in our joyous celebration. UUCM members can send an email to Witt@uumontclair.org with their name and email address; we’ll be happy to send you a WITT stipend: a $50 virtual gift card to use at the Bash. So come join the party!
This year we have a new Bash technology platform. And Guess What? You use your cell phone to participate. Here’s how it works:
1) use our URL (below) to access our Bash page
2) register and include a credit, debit or virtual gift card number in Registration
3) once you’re registered, why not make a donation? You can donate an item, a service, an event, a party or almost ANYTHING. Click on “More” to Donate an Item.
4) Also – no need to buy raffle tickets in advance. Each raffle item will have a QR code; scan it with your cell phone and indicate the # of raffle tickets you want to submit. The system will submit your raffle tickets for you, and the cost will be added to your “shopping cart” which you’ll pay at the end.
5) And NO need to wait days to find out whether you have won! Once the raffles have closed, our platform will automatically randomly select the winners and you will be notified on a screen in Fletcher Hall and/or the Narthex!
6) Silent auctions work similarly, but with the bids increasing for each new bid; if you are outbid, you will be notified. Silent auction winners will be notified once the silent auctions have closed.
