Dear UUCM Members, Friends and Guests,
We are saddened of the passing of longtime UUCM member Melissa Mintz. Melissa died suddenly this past Saturday, February 1, 2020, surrounded by members of her beloved family.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Melissa’s life will be held this Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 2:30 PM in our Sanctuary.
Thank you all for so many offers of food and service in support of the Mintz family. In light of the short timing they have decided to use a local caterer to provide food for the repast in Fletcher Hall immediately following the service. The Care Team and Choir have generously volunteered to provide desserts.
There is a signup available to volunteer for the repast.
It is a testament to this congregation that we have more kind hearts than needs, so if you would like to (or would rather) make a donation in Melissa’s name, these organizations were were suggested by the Mintz Family:
