Share a Remembrance
We are living in troubled times and we all need care from time to time. You can light a candle, request pastoral care, find support from the care team, or honor our community’s joys and sorrows. Do not bear the burden alone. We are here for each other.
Candles of Remembrance
Sharing Remembrances in Worship works best when we share our souls’ yearnings with the worship leader before Sunday morning. If you would like to have this Sunday’s worship leader share your request aloud during the pastoral prayer, you may do so by submitting the form. This will also light a candle on our website.
Our Joys and Sorrows
Jack Johnson
Reverend Charles Loflin lit a candle remembrance for Jack Johnson, United Methodist Minister who died this week. Reverend Jack was the convener of the New Jersey Coalition of religious leaders and a long time advocate for social justice; he will be greatly missed.
for the members of this congregation
Our Office and Communications Manager Jaclyn Puleo lit a candle of gratitude for the members of this congregation who offered their sympathy following the loss of her mother. Through cards and emails, your kind and loving words offered solace during a very sad time.
